## Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order dates are **estimated** and may change depending on manufacturing or shipping schedules. We will always keep you informed of any updates or changes to the expected delivery date.

### Changing or Cancelling a Pre-Order

You can **change or cancel** your pre-order at any time **before it has been dispatched** for a **full refund**.

Please note that cancelling a pre-order will also result in the **loss of any promotional discounts** or your **place in the pre-order queue** if you decide to purchase again at a later date.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will fall under our standard returns process.

### Returns

Our standard **Returns Policy** applies to all pre-orders. This means you have **14 days from the date you receive your order** to return it, should you change your mind.
