How do I make a return?

We completely understand - returning your purchase is not a problem.

You have 14 days from the day of receipt to make a return. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

Before sending anything back, please make sure your order number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

To start your return, please open a return request on our website:

Create a Return

Once your return request is submitted, you can choose one of the following options:

Option 1 - We send you a return label

For UK customers, you can create your Royal Mail return label using the following link:

For international customers, we’ll send you a FedEx return label once your request has been reviewed.

Please note: the cost of any return label we provide will be deducted from your refund.

Option 2 - Ship the item yourself

If you prefer, you can arrange your own courier and send your return to:

For items valued over £75 (≈ €85 / $95), we recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.

Important: Duties and taxes are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to customs on your behalf and cannot be reclaimed by us (see our Terms & Conditions).
