How to use the Function keys



This guide will provide an overview of the 12 functions keys. These can be used by pressing Fn and the desired key.

Another feature is the function lock, which can be enabled/disabled by pressing the lock key. When enabled, makes the F-keys behave as if you are holding down the Fn key.

1 Mute

This will Mute or Unmute the current audio device.

2 Volume Down

This will decrease the volume of the current audio device.

3 Volume Up

This will increase the volume of the current audio device.

4 Display Select

This will toggle between display devices, including mirroring or joining multiple displays.

5 Previous Media Track

This will skip to the previous track of the currently playing media.

6 Play/Pause Media Track

This will play or pause the track of the currently playing media.

7 Next Media Track

This will skip to the next track of the currently playing media.

8 Display Brightness Down

This will decrease the brightness of the built-in display.

9 Display Brightness Up

This will increase the brightness of the built-in display.

10 Turn On/Off Trackpad

This will enable or disable the built-in trackpad.

11 Turn On/Off Keyboard Backlight

This will enable or disable the built-in keyboard backlight. Further adjustments to the timings can be made in the BIOS.

This will capture a screenshot of all connected displays.
