The StarLite Mk V does not require a keyboard to navigate and adjust the coreboot CFR (BIOS Settings). You can use the volume Up/Down) and Power keys to navigate the BIOS if you do not have a keyboard (USB-C or optional magnetic keyboard). This allows quick access to adjust settings whilst in tablet mode.
Accessing the BIOS Setup
Starting from a powered-off state, when turning on the StarLite, press the volume Down key when prompted.
Key combinations and timings
Volume Up
Pressing the Volume Up key will move the prompt up a position.
Volume Down
Pressing the Volume Down key will move the prompt down a position.
Volume Up and Volume Down
Pressing both the Volume Up and Volume Down keys ( Up + Down ) will send a Y response.
Short Power Button Press
A short press of the Power Button, less than 0.3 of a second, will send an enter key response.
Long Power Button Press
A long press of the Power button, between 0.5 of a second and 2 seconds, will send a back response.
Note: holding longer will cause a power-off
Holding the Power Button
Pressing and holding the Power button for 2 seconds will shut down the StarLite.
