What is your shipping policy?

At Star Labs, we offer a range of domestic and international shipping options to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free UK and international shipping on all orders over £340.

  • If you’d like your order to arrive sooner, you can upgrade to Priority International shipping at checkout.

  • For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Duties and Taxes

  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is only available for supported destinations and shipping methods.

  • If import charges are shown at checkout, they are collected to cover applicable duties, taxes, and customs clearance/administration fees, and are paid on your behalf when your order is imported.

  • If no import charge is shown at checkout, your order will be shipped DAP/DDU. In that case, you may need to pay duties, import VAT, brokerage or local customs fees directly to the courier or customs authority before delivery.

  • Import charges are calculated on the declared customs value and may differ from the amount remitted to customs, as the charge can also include clearance and administrative costs.

  • Import charges are non-refundable once your order has cleared customs, as they are remitted to customs/courier partners and cannot be recovered.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and may be affected by customs processing or courier delays.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Loss or Damage in Transit

  • Star Labs is responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping when the carrier is selected by us.

  • If you arrange your own courier, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to you once the goods are collected.

  • Please notify us within three (3) working days of receiving your order if any items are missing or damaged so we can investigate promptly.
