Windows 10/11 Drivers

Windows driver packages are organised by processor platform. Use the model map below to find the correct packages for a particular Star Labs system.

Find the correct drivers

Open the Windows driver model map.

Choose the exact model, then download and extract every package listed for it. The map links directly to the appropriate platform directory and identifies shared packages, where applicable.

Install drivers

  1. Download the required ZIP files and extract each one.
  2. Install the chipset package first, then install the remaining packages.
  3. Run a package's supplied installer where present. If there is no installer, use Device Manager to update the device driver from its extracted folder.
  4. Restart Windows when an installer asks you to.

Use the package for the exact model only. In particular, audio packages are model-specific; do not substitute an audio driver from a different system.

If the model is not listed, or a package does not install, contact support with the system model and the device name shown in Device Manager.
